We all have been dealing through a lot lately with all the things going around us. Some of us feeling frustrated while others manage to relieve their stress through various activities. Some choose gardening, solving puzzles, running, cooking, doing yoga and many more. While others just want to scream out. It’s completely normal to scream with all the pressure we are feeling right now. All the people are concerned about their livelihood and life. You also would have to want to scream off your head. Iceland is inviting you, people, to scream out as loudest as you can. Are you wondering what I am talking about???

Iceland has its official website where you can scream by sitting in your home, only you have to do is “Record you scream and they will release it in Iceland’s wide open and beautiful spaces.” When all the chaos is over you can for there for real to let it all out. Screaming is a therapeutic tool and people usually scream when they are scared, angry, or feel any sort of pain. Science says screaming is good for you.

Screaming is intended to cure any sort of mental illness that person is suffering from past trauma. When you scream you feel revived, lighter and relieve of the stress that was holding you down for so long in life. So when you are stress out and want to scream it out into your pillow, you are not insane and you are not alone in doing so. It can minimize your overall tension levels. The effects of your screaming will give you positive results when you can make a loud noise into open and undisturbed space. This will allow you to release your stress and move forward in your life. 

Ways to let it out:

1. People use different methods to let it out. Some of them use words, some use volume while some use breath. Thus, you have to consider what your Scream will be.

2. Stand on your feet hip-width apart and a slight bend in your knees. You should relax your shoulders. Put your hands on your hips or you can also use your arms to help you push out some of the confined emotions. Follow your instincts.

3. You must have seen a baby crying and screaming. When the baby screams his/her voice comes from the baby’s gut. This is the point where your scream should come from. To give you a little help, put your hands on your belly, and take a few deep breaths before you begin. 

After following these steps, you should return to breathing normally. You will feel lighter, just like a weight has been lifted off of you. If it’s not happening, you can try other methods too.
